Returns within 30 days
Take the time you need to make your decision! You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return the glasses if they are not suitable for you. Return shipping costs are at your expense.
What is the procedure for making a return ?
1. I request the return of one or more products from my customer account, under “My Orders”.
2. I print the return form to place inside the parcel, along with the invoice.
3. I place the items back in the parcel with their original packaging and all included accessories.
4. I hand my parcel to the carrier of my choice for direct delivery to our address in France, and not to a pickup point. I keep the proof of postage and the parcel tracking number.
What are the return conditions for your country?
Return conditions vary depending on the country from which your parcel is sent.
European Union countries: returns are possible within 30 days, but the cost of shipping the parcel to our premises in France is the customer's responsibility. This rule applies to all European Union countries, with the exception of mainland France and Germany, where returns are free of charge*.
United Kingdom, Switzerland and other countries outside the European Union: returns are possible within 30 days. Return shipping costs, as well as any applicable fees, taxes and customs formalities related to the return, are the customer's responsibility. As the United Kingdom and Switzerland are outside the European Union, these conditions also apply to returns sent from these two countries.
In all cases, please make sure to return the complete product with its original packaging, all accessories and the documents required to process the return.
For returns where the shipping costs are your responsibility, you may use the carrier of your choice. Please keep the proof of postage and the parcel tracking number.

After the parcel has been received and checked at our premises, provided everything is in order, the refund will be issued within 10 working days using the payment method used for the order.
* Return shipping costs for Cartier, Ray-Ban Meta and Oakley Meta glasses remain the customer's responsibility, including for returns from mainland France and Germany.
