Visiofactory is a French optical website certified by the French Social Security under the number 68268726/4 and guarantee you a refund of your prescription glasses with the same terms than a brick and mortar optician.
This agreement number also allows a refund by your private health insurance.
Visiofactory's website is under the responsability of our 2 certified opticians, Hélène Nguyen (ADELI : 682804299) and Laurent Nageleisen (ADELI : 682801840). They are in charge of all of your administrative procedures : quote, estimated refund, optical documents and the making of your prescription glasses (pre-filled documents). We take care of everything.
Our free Hotline is available Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. A certified optician will ask all your questions. All our opticians are also experts in optical trends and can provide you with individualized fashion advice.
